How do I take the elixir?

Our tinctures can be taken sublingually (under the tongue) or by ingestion. We've added cinnamon, clove, and ginger so that our tinctures taste great on their own or  added into water or tea. 

Which Elixir is right for me?

Our 500mg tincture is great for those who are new to CBD tinctures. It's an excellent way to get into using CBD daily. Our 1500mg tincture is perfect for the seasoned CBD user. You'll use less tincture and get more power. 

How much should I take?

The biggest variable here is your milligrams. We offer the same elixir at two different concentrations. Our favorite rule of thumb is to start low and build up to your desired level. For our 500mg elixir, 1 full dropper is approximately 8mg of CBD. For our 1500mg elixir, about 6 drops is approximately 8mg of CBD. 

Tincture vs. gummies?

Both are great options but we chose to focus on tinctures. Gummies tend to take longer to travel through the digestive system before reaching the bloodstream, so tinctures are a great option for faster relief.
