i purchased this in a spa recently just out of curiosity however i lost my tub stop, so i filled a small tub with warm water and went ahead and used it for my feet. BEST THING I COULDVE DONE, i soaked for about 20 min and dried up, applied cob lotion from a different brand and the relief i experienced was phenomenal

I have classical Ehlers Danlos syndrome, so my skin is very sensitive/fragile and I have problems with all of my joints. On especially bad days, I love to massage the relief balm into my knees, hips, elbows, and wrists. It gives a bit of a reprieve during a bad flare up and is gentle on my skin.

I had been waiting for the appointment time for an injection in my knee. I had called my doctors to move the date up for my injection. They couldn't work me in.
